- Fill a basin with water and add a dash of mild detergent.
- Submerge the garment and gently press to clean.
- Remove and gently squeeze out excess water.
- Roll in a towel to absorb more moisture.
- Lay flat on a fresh towel or mesh rack, reshaping to its original form as it dries.

Your order should arrive within 14-21 business days from the date it's shipped. Please note, there may be occasional delays due to postal service handling which are beyond our control.
Exchanges / Refunds
I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me at aluma@alumafashion.com within three days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or refund. I'll give you all the necessary information for returning the item.
Sale items, custom-made pieces, gift cards, and items modified by special requests cannot be returned or exchanged; these sales are final.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I'll issue a refund or exchange after receiving the item back in its original condition.
Please note, shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. If you bought your item with a free shipping offer, $20 will be deducted from your refund. Any customs fees incurred on returned items will also be deducted from your refund.
