Refund policy

Physical products

It is very important to me that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not pleased, please contact me within three days of receiving your purchase to receive an exchange or a refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom-made items, sale items, gift cards and items altered by special request. These are non-refundable and non-changeable.

Exchanges / Refunds

Please consult me by e-mail before shipping items back, to receive shipping instructions and address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Refund / exchange will be issued after I receive the garment in its original condition.

Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. If your items were purchased with a "free shipping" offer, $15 will be deducted from your refund. If any customs fee occurs on the returning items, they will be deducted from your refund/exchange.

Digital products

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All payments, including deposits, trials, events, coaching or course payments, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to accommodate any request on its own merit. Cancellation of a transaction in accordance with the Customer protection (cancellation), Htsa"a - 2010 and Consumer prediction Act, 1981.
