Shipping Times
Your order should arrive within 15-24 business days from the date it's shipped. I ship from Spain.
Please note, there may be occasional delays due to postal service handling which are beyond my control.
Exchanges / Refunds
Physical Items
I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me at aluma@alumafashion.com within three days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or refund. I'll give you all the necessary information for returning the item.

Sale items, custom-made pieces, gift cards, and items modified by special requests cannot be returned or exchanged, these sales are final.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I'll issue a refund or exchange after receiving the item back in its original condition.
Please note, shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. If you bought your item with a free shipping offer, $20 will be deducted from your refund. Any customs fees or VAT incurred on returned items will also be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that customs fees and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All payments for digital products, including deposits, trials, events, coaching, or course payments, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to consider any request on its own merit. Cancellation of a transaction is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Cancellation), Htsa"a - 2010 and Consumer Protection Act, 1981.
