Caring for Your Neckpiece:
Storage Tips
To keep your flower neckpiece in the best condition, it's best to store it laying flat on a shelf or in a box large enough to allow it to lay fully flat.
Cleaning Guidelines
Dry Cleaning: For lasting beauty and best care of your neckpiece, I recommend dry cleaning when needed.
Hand-Washing:
You can hand wash your neckpiece carefully, just do it sparingly, and follow these steps:
1. Fill a basin with warmish water and a drop of mild detergent.
2. Put in the neckpiece, gently swishing it around to clean.
3. Rinse with cool water and very carefully squeeze out water, without wringing.
4. Shape it out on a dry towel, then roll up the towel to remove more water. Repeat with another dry towel if necessary.
5. Lay it flat on a mesh rack or on a fresh towel, shaping as needed, and leave to air dry.
Iron your neckpiece from the back, using a recommended setting for the yarns you've used. If you have beading on the front, lay it on a soft towel for extra protection, then gently iron it flat from the back.

I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me at aluma@alumafashion.com within three days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or refund. I'll give you all the necessary information for returning the item.

Sale items, custom-made pieces, gift cards, and items modified by special requests cannot be returned or exchanged, these sales are final.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I'll issue a refund or exchange after receiving the item back in its original condition.
Please note, shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. If you bought your item with a free shipping offer, $20 will be deducted from your refund. Any customs fees or VAT incurred on returned items will also be deducted from your refund. Please be aware that customs fees and VAT are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases. All payments for digital products, including deposits, trials, events, coaching, or course payments, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to consider any request on its own merit.
