Exchanges / Refunds
Physical Items
I want you to be delighted with your purchase! If you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact me at aluma@alumafashion.com within three days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or refund. I'll give you all the necessary information for returning the item.

Sale items, custom-made pieces, gift cards, and items modified by special requests cannot be returned or exchanged; these sales are final.
For a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. I'll issue a refund or exchange after receiving the item back in its original condition.
Please note, shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. If you bought your item with a free shipping offer, $20 will be deducted from your refund. Any customs fees incurred on returned items will also be deducted from your refund.
Digital products
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on purchases of digital products. All payments for digital products, including deposits, trials, events, coaching or course payments, are non-refundable. However, we are happy to accommodate any request on its own merit.
